The call of well named RV products

The buying spree continues as I look to stock my RV with what I need to survive and thrive on the journeys ahead. I take delivery of the rig later this week and will go to a local campground for a couple nights on a maiden voyage. Need to do a lot of driving, parking, backing up in to tight spaces — practice all the processes and procedures that I will no doubt encounter on the journeys to far-away places ahead of me.

Another realization is that I am basically outfitting another home (albeit a home on wheels). Kitchen stuff, bed stuff, bathroom stuff – the Amazon and Walmart list goes on. One thing I have found myself partial to is color palettes like the ones in the picture: for some reason they feel campy (not in a dopey way but in a real outdoor way) to me, and have found their way to the shopping basket. And then I saw these gloves – their name is ‘Mountain Ops Leather Gloves’! There is absolutely no way I can’t use Mountain Ops gloves this winter though my tasks will probably be more like taking out trash and draining excrement from the black tanks of the RV.
