Stopping by the rig at lunch

So I couldn’t resist making up an excuse to stop by the rig in it’s storage space in a neighboring town. I wanted to clean out a couple more boxes, check in the pass-through storage space and leave a couple of items.

Funny to see all the mud and dirt from my rainy weekend excursion. Now everything is dry and could do a check of the outside that wasn’t easy when it was raining. The pass through opening is surprisingly narrow: the step ladder, folding table, solar panel made it through, but zero-gravity chair would not. Since it’s so comfortable I left it inside, and may actually use it at some point.

I did order a cap for my truck so along with my generator I will have additional space there for whatever doesn’t fit in the pass-through area. Great to have options, and can’t wait to get the Z-1 back on the road next week when I venture out to Gettysburg.
